General: The agreement below sets forth the terms and conditions that you must accept to use Revolution Factor's Services. Upon accessing or using a service you hereby accept this agreement. Any changes to the agreement will be effective on post date. Revolution Factor may post a notice on the website about any changes to this agreement. This agreement and the right to use our services are personal to you and cannot be transferred to any other person or entity. You are personally responsible for activity on your account. In the case you wish to cancel this service you may do so by removing your cellular number from your edit profile page. If you do add your cellular device then any notification will be sent directly to your cellular device. Services: Revolution Factor values its users. Revolution Factor will provide services for an atmosphere full of social networking, ladders, tournaments, forums, news, and personal content. Most of these services will be provided at no cost, but Revolution Factor may charge for special features. Revolution Factor will provide you with a notice that you must pay to use this service before you can access and use a service.
Revolution Factor will provide great services to its users. However, we can not anticipate any technical or other difficulties that may occur on the site and off the site. Revolution Factor Credits: Revolution Factor Credits allow you to participate in paid tournaments and ladders. You will not be able to redeem Revolution Factor Credits if you have an insufficient Revolution Factor Credits for a certain Revolution Factor Service. Any items received as a result of redemption of Revolution Factor Credits may not be exchanged or returned for cash or credit.
Revolution Factor Credits are not refundable under any circumstances, this includes in the event of an account being terminated or banned by Revolution Factor.

Term: This agreement will be valid from the effective date and shall continue in full force and effect, unless terminated in accordance with the provisions contained in this agreement. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time after the effective date upon written notice.
Events of Termination: This agreement shall be subject to termination upon the occurrence of the following events: 1) If either party hereto defaults on any of its material obligations, representations, or warranties under this agreement, the non-defaulting party shall notify the other party in writing, specifying in sufficient details the nature and extent of such breach and, unless within seven (7) calendar days after written notice of such default the defaulting party remedies the default, this agreement will terminate. 2) If (a) Revolution Factor files a petition for bankruptcy or is adjudicated bankrupt; (b) a petition in bankruptcy is filed against Revolution Factor; (c) Revolution Factor becomes insolvent or makes an assignment for the benefit of its creditors or an arrangement for its creditors pursuant to any bankruptcy law; (d) Revolution Factor discontinues its business, then either party shall have the right to terminate this agreement immediately upon written notice.
