Team Registration Issues Resolved

Due to technical difficulties we’ve deleted all teams from the website. We received many users reporting that there were issues with the way there teams were registering. Our development team looked into the issue and pin pointed the problems that we were having. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused but we’ve resolved the issue and won’t let it happen again.
