The position of Official:
Age requirements: 14 or older
The position of Official handles both in-game and out-of-game issues. As the backbone of the Ladder Staff, Officials have a very different task than usual. An Official is responsible for settling disputes with users, reviewing tickets, and answering questions on a daily basis. Along with this, they work at the direction of the Head Officials of Ladder Staff and work on task that have been assigned to them by such Head Official.
The position of Community Coordinator:
Age requirements: 14 or older
The position of an Community Coordinator is the backbone of the forum staff. At the direction of the Community Manager/Supervisor, CC’s are responsible for performing daily tasks that require the utmost attention to detail. He/She will monitor the forums for any activity that violates the RF Forum Rules and any will assist in any tasks that have been assigned to them by the Community Manager/Supervisor.
The position of Human Resources:
Age requirements: 16 or older
The position of an HR Specialist is responsible for completing daily and weekly activities that have been assigned to them by their assigned HR Manager/Supervisor. Basic responsibilities for this position include the following:
- Pre-screening applicants
- Scheduling Interviews
- Interviewing potentially new staff members
- Processing new hire(s)
- Reviewing investigations
- Training new hires
All of these items are basic duties that are assigned to this position and require a daily log-in and recording of actions performed. This position should not be taken lightly. This position is very key on details and reports. Human Resources are held to even a higher standard then that of other staff members. Please think carefully before applying.
